2. Your Registration Obligations

3. User Account, Password, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.

• You must not use our services for any fraudulent purposes.
• You must not misuse our services by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services, the server on which our services are stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our services.
• You must not attack our services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
• By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.

5. International Use

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside.
